Cancellation Policy

  • No Commitments: You can modify your project’s service plan at any time without any long-term commitments.
  • Switching to a Free Plan: To cease billing for a project, you can switch the project to a Free plan. This change can be made directly within your project settings under the plan options.
  • Closing a Project: If you decide to completely stop a project, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will assist you in securely closing your project and ensuring that all associated data is handled appropriately.
  • Billing Accounts: Multiple projects can belong to a single billing account, and each project can be on either a Free or Pro plan. Changes to a project’s plan will affect the billing for that specific project within the billing account.

Refunds Policy

  • Service Billing: Fees for our services are billed in arrears; this means that we charge you in the subsequent month for services used in the previous month.
  • No Refunds: Since our billing is based on actual usage and fees are charged after services are rendered, refunds do not apply. Once the service fee has been charged for the previous month’s usage, no refunds will be available.
